Relationship Therapy
Marriage, Couples and Partnerships
Couples Therapy is a type of therapy for an established couple or partnership that assists in healing the past while resolving problems, so they can move forward with solutions.
I have noticed by the time clients have found their way to therapy most have already done the hard “work”; feeling defeated, frustrated and exhausted from the negative loops and blame cycles. The feedback from effective and successful therapy, is that it “doesn’t feel like work”, especially after they have tried for months (even years) to fix their relationships.
Through communication exercises, innovative ideas and resourceful tools, couples will gain the insights and new perspectives necessary to create their preferred relationships.
